When you use UnleashOS we collect account information (name, business name, email), data you enter to operate your business (services, customers, pets, appointments, notes), and limited usage information needed to operate the service.
How we use information
To provide the UnleashOS service, to support and improve it, to communicate with you about your account, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal information.
Customer & pet records
The customer and pet information you enter belongs to your business. You're the controller; we're the processor. We provide access to that data so your business can run.
Payments
Payments are intended to be handled by a third-party payment provider (Stripe support). Card numbers are not stored on UnleashOS servers.
Cookies & analytics
UnleashOS may use cookies for authentication and basic product analytics. Specifics will be listed here once finalized.
